Who You Will Talk To
Siricam Walk-In Tubs does not have staff who visit homes or do the work. After you send a request, an independent provider in our network reaches out. That provider is a local business. They run their own schedule, set their own prices and do the job themselves.
What the Provider May Ask
Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider give you a useful quote.
- Where is the bathroom, and what is the layout?
- Are you thinking of a walk-in tub, a walk-in shower, or a tub replacement?
- Who will use it, and do they have mobility needs?
- Is the home older, with a basement or tight doorways?
- Do you have photos or measurements?
Questions Worth Asking a Provider
A calm list helps. Bring it to the first conversation.
- What is included in the quote, and what is not?
- What could change the price once work begins?
- How long will the job take, and what is the process?
- What happens to the old tub?
- Can you help document the work if my policy might apply? (Some policies may cover sudden damage; check your policy.)
- What warranty comes from the manufacturer and from you?
Ask for it all in writing. Senior walk-in tubs and handicap accessible showers come in many models and price levels, so a clear quote makes comparing easy.
You Stay in Charge
A referral is not a contract. You can talk to a provider, ask for a quote and say no thanks. You can also talk to more than one. Nobody should rush you. Take your time.
